Russia Remembers
Apparently Russia, unlike the United States, actually learns from their mistakes. A NATO representative went over to Moscow trying to get support of the Russians in Afghanistan. It sounds like Russia gave the NATO guys a no go deal. I think they remember what happened the last time they were in Afghanistan.
