I’m not sure what bath salts are but apparently they can be used to make illegal narcotics and thus the state of Alabama has banned them [PDF]. You know, because banning anything that can be used to manufacture illegal drugs makes total sense.
That was sarcasm in case you didn’t catch it.
From what I understand, these things are manufactured from the beginning to be drugs, and sold as ‘bath salts’ or ‘plant food’ in the same way that crack pipes are sold as a ‘novelty rose’ or ‘for tobacco use only’. This isn’t ordinary bath salts, in other words.
Should be legal for adults to buy anyway,
